The availability and level of APC support depend on the specific institutional agreement and may include partial discounts, full APC coverage, or annual publication allocations. Eligibility is determined using the corresponding author’s institutional affiliation at the time of manuscript submission. Editorial decisions remain completely independent of APC payment or institutional participation.
Editorial Independence
Bio Aid Ltd strictly maintains editorial independence throughout the publication process.
Institutional participation in the IOAP has no influence on manuscript handling, reviewer selection, editorial assessment, peer review, acceptance decisions, publication priority, or publication timelines. Editors evaluate every submission solely on the basis of:
- scientific quality;
- originality;
- methodological rigor;
- ethical compliance;
- significance of findings; and
- relevance to the journal’s scope.
Financial agreements between institutions and the publisher are administered separately from editorial operations.
Responsibilities of Participating Institutions

Responsibilities of Authors
