Biologica Aid Limited (Bio Aid Ltd.) is committed to maintaining the highest standards of academic integrity, editorial independence, transparency, and ethical publishing. As a scholarly publishing organization, Bio Aid Ltd. prioritizes the dissemination of high-quality scientific knowledge and evidence-based research without the influence of commercial interests. To preserve the trust of authors, reviewers, editors, readers, institutions, funding agencies, and the broader scientific community, Bio Aid Ltd. has adopted a strict non-advertising policy across all its publishing platforms. This Advertisement Policy establishes Bio Aid Ltd.’s position regarding advertising activities and defines the organization’s commitment to maintaining a publishing environment that is free from commercial promotional content. The policy applies to all journals, books, conference proceedings, websites, repositories, databases, newsletters, social media channels, and digital platforms owned, operated, managed, or administered by Bio Aid Ltd..

Bio Aid Ltd. recognizes that advertisements may create actual or perceived conflicts of interest that could compromise editorial independence, influence publication decisions, or undermine public confidence in scholarly communications. Therefore, Bio Aid Ltd.  has elected not to display, publish, host, distribute, promote, or accept any form of advertising, sponsorship-based promotional material, or commercial marketing content within its publishing ecosystem. The objective of this policy is to ensure that all published content is evaluated exclusively on scholarly merit, scientific quality, ethical standards, and relevance to the journal’s scope, without any influence from commercial considerations.

Policy statement

Biologica Aid Limited does not permit any form of internal or external advertising on its websites, journals, publications, repositories, databases, communication channels, or associated digital platforms. No commercial, institutional, corporate, governmental, political, pharmaceutical, industrial, educational, or organizational advertisements shall be displayed, published, embedded, promoted, sponsored, or otherwise disseminated through Bio Aid Ltd. operated platforms. This policy applies irrespective of whether advertising is offered in exchange for monetary compensation, sponsorship support, product promotion, service promotion, partnership arrangements, reciprocal agreements, affiliate marketing, or any other financial or non-financial consideration. Bio Aid Ltd. maintains a strict separation between scholarly publishing activities and commercial promotional activities. Editorial decisions, publication processes, peer review procedures, and content dissemination activities are entirely independent of any external commercial interests.

This policy applies to all Bio Aid Ltd.-operated resources, including but not limited to:

Any material that directly or indirectly promotes a commercial product, service, organization, institution, or individual shall be considered advertising and is therefore prohibited.

No internal advertising

Bio Aid Ltd. does not permit internal advertising across its publishing platforms. Internal advertising refers to promotional content created by Bio Aid Ltd. or its affiliated entities for the purpose of marketing products, services, events, publications, memberships, training programs, consulting services, conferences, workshops, educational programs, or other organizational activities. Examples of prohibited internal advertising include:

Although Bio Aid Ltd. may provide factual information regarding its services, policies, publications, or events, such information shall be presented solely for informational purposes and shall not constitute advertising or promotional marketing.

No external advertising

Bio Aid Ltd. does not accept advertising from third parties under any circumstances. External entities are prohibited from placing advertisements, promotional materials, sponsored content, marketing campaigns, or commercial announcements on Bio Aid Ltd. -operated platforms. This prohibition applies equally to:

Editorial independence

The absence of advertising is an essential component of Bio Aid Ltd.’s commitment to editorial independence. Editorial decisions are based exclusively on:

Sponsorship and funding distinction

Bio Aid Ltd. recognizes the distinction between advertising and legitimate disclosure of funding information. Funding acknowledgments required for scholarly transparency are not considered advertisements. Authors may disclose:

Bio Aid Ltd. publications may occasionally include references or links to external resources that are relevant to scholarly content. Examples include:

Such references are included exclusively for academic and informational purposes and must not be interpreted as endorsements, sponsorships, partnerships, or advertisements. Bio Aid Ltd. does not receive compensation for including such references.

Website design and user experience

Bio Aid Ltd. is committed to providing readers with a distraction-free scholarly environment. The absence of advertisements ensures:

  • Reduced information overload;
  • Improved content discoverability;

Announcements regarding journal activities, editorial notices, publication updates, calls for papers, and scholarly events may be disseminated for informational purposes and shall not be considered advertising.

Compliance and monitoring

Bio Aid Ltd. continuously monitors its platforms to ensure compliance with this Advertisement Policy. Editors, staff members, contractors, and service providers are expected to adhere to the policy. Any potential advertising content identified on Bio Aid Ltd.-operated platforms will be reviewed promptly and removed if found to violate this policy. The organization reserves the right to investigate suspected breaches and implement corrective measures when necessary.

Violations of the policy

Any attempt to introduce advertising content onto Bio Aid Ltd. platforms may result in immediate removal of the content and further administrative action. Potential violations include:

Policy reviews and amendments

This Advertisement Policy shall be reviewed periodically to ensure continued alignment with best practices in scholarly publishing, research integrity, editorial independence, and transparency. Any revisions to the policy will be approved by the management of Biologica Aid Limited and published on official Bio Aid Ltd. platforms. The most recent version of the policy shall remain publicly accessible and shall supersede all previous versions.
